The Mystery about Vitamin "C"

There have been thousands of research studies about vitamin "C". Some say it's good and some say it's bad. Lets cut through the chase and get to it. Vitamin "C" is very good but you have to find the dosage that is going to help YOU. The FDA says that 250 grams of vitamin "C" is all you need per day. That's only partial right. 250 grams of vitamin "C" will prevent you from getting scurvy. There are therapeutic benefits to taking vitamin "C" if taken at a therapeutic level. Some diseases such as cron's disease, asthma and allergies can be decreased by taking vitamin "C" at therapeutic levels. It's not a one size fits all plan so you have to find the levels that fits you. Here's how:

- start with 1,000 milligrams of vitamin "C" 3 times per day

- the next day take 2,000 milligrams of vitamin "C' 3 times per day

- the next day take 3,000 milligrams of vitamin "C' 3 times per day

Increase by 1,000 milligrams every day until you get to bowel tolerance (until you poop).

Then drop that total number by 1,000 milligrams and that's your therapeutic limit.

(So for example, if you get to 3,000 milligrams with bowel tolerance, then your therapeutic level would be 2,000 milligrams.)
